Runa doesn’t join your meetings as a bot. It captures your computer’s audio directly, so there’s nothing to invite and no participant notification sent to your guests.
Download the app
Go to downloads.joinruna.com and download the Runa installer for your computer. Once the download finishes, open the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
Create your account
Open Runa after installation. Sign up with your work email address. You can start on the Basic plan for free — no credit card required.
Choose a plan
Runa offers three plans:
- Basic — Free. Good for getting started with transcription and meeting notes.
- Pro — 87/month billed monthly. Includes the company brain, advanced workflows, and integrations.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing. For teams that need SSO, admin controls, and dedicated support.
Record your first meeting
Open Runa before your next call on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or any other platform. Runa will begin capturing your computer’s audio automatically once you start the recording. No setup is needed inside your meeting platform.
Review your notes
When your meeting ends, Runa generates structured notes from the transcript. You can review the notes, edit them if needed, and share them with your team. If you have workflows configured, Runa will also trigger any automated follow-up actions — like updating your CRM or posting a summary to Slack.
