After a customer call, Runa can automatically update your CRM with a call summary, action items, and follow-up tasks — before your sales rep even closes the meeting window. Instead of spending 30 minutes on post-call notes, your team gets that time back while your CRM stays accurate and up to date.
“My reps lost 30 minutes after every call to CRM updates and follow-ups. Runa drafts all of it before they leave the meeting.”

What gets synced

When a meeting ends, Runa can write the following to your CRM:
  • Call summary — a concise paragraph describing what was discussed
  • Action items — tasks assigned during the call, attributed to the right person
  • Follow-up notes — next steps, open questions, and commitments made
  • Meeting metadata — date, duration, and participants

Set up CRM sync

1

Open integrations settings

In the Runa desktop app, go to Settings → Integrations and find your CRM in the list. Click Connect.
2

Authenticate with your CRM

You’ll be redirected to your CRM’s authorization page. Sign in and grant Runa permission to create and update records.
3

Map meeting types to CRM objects

Tell Runa which meeting types should trigger a CRM sync. For example, map “Customer call” meetings to your CRM’s Call or Activity record type.
4

Choose what data to sync

Select which fields Runa should populate: call summary, action items, follow-ups, and any custom fields you’ve set up in your CRM.
5

Save and run a test sync

Click Save. Start a short test meeting or use an existing recording to confirm that records are created correctly in your CRM.

Match records automatically

Runa matches a meeting to the right CRM record based on the email addresses of meeting participants. If a contact or deal exists in your CRM for one of the participants, Runa attaches the meeting notes to that record automatically. If no matching record is found, Runa can either skip the sync or create a new contact — you can configure this behavior in Settings → Integrations → [Your CRM] → Unmatched contacts.
If your CRM isn’t natively supported, you can still sync meeting data using the Zapier integration. Zapier lets you connect Runa to any CRM with a Zapier integration, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others.
