Runa connects to the tools your team already uses so that post-meeting work happens automatically. After a meeting ends, Runa can send a Slack summary, create tasks in your project tracker, update your CRM, or sync notes to Confluence — without you lifting a finger. Integrations are managed from the Integrations tab in Runa’s settings.
Integrations require the Pro plan or above. If you’re on the Basic plan, upgrade your account to unlock integrations.

Supported integrations

Slack

Send meeting summaries and action items to any Slack channel automatically after a meeting ends.

CRM

Sync call summaries, action items, and follow-ups to your CRM after every customer call.

Zapier

Connect Runa to any tool via Zapier. Trigger automations when a meeting ends or notes are ready.

Confluence

Sync meeting notes directly to Confluence pages to keep your team’s documentation up to date.

Asana

Create Asana tasks from meeting action items automatically so nothing slips through the cracks.

Linear

Turn meeting outcomes into Linear issues without switching context or copy-pasting notes.

How to access integrations

To set up an integration, open the Runa desktop app and go to Settings → Integrations. Each integration has its own connection flow — most require you to authenticate with the external service and choose your preferences. Once connected, you can configure which meetings trigger each integration and what data gets sent. You can also manage and disconnect integrations from the same settings page at any time.

Automate post-meeting workflows

Integrations work alongside Runa’s workflow automation. You can configure workflows that run automatically at the end of a meeting — for example, updating docs, posting to Slack, adding items to a tracker, or updating your CRM — based on the meeting type or participants.
